Projects by Giffin & Crane was launched to take care of smaller remodeling projects in the established neighborhoods of Santa Barbara.
Giffin & Crane General Contractors, Inc. is well known for building beautiful homes and that’s been their focus for over 20 years. Often, however, homeowners wished they could hire Giffin & Crane to remodel a bath, kitchen, deck or … but fearing their requests would be considered “too small”, they often wouldn’t call to ask for help with the project. Out of this need came the concept to create a separate company that would follow the high standards of Giffin & Crane, and yet specialize in smaller remodeling projects.
Since Projects by Giffin & Crane opened for business in 2006, they’ve assisted clients in turning their ideas and dreams into reality. The Vision Statement says it well: “Making small changes that create big impacts in peoples’ lives.”
